This policy explains what data Comps Calculator (compscalculator.com) collects and how it's used. It's written to plainly describe what's actually running on this site, not to be a generic legal template — if you have questions beyond what's covered here, use the contact page.

Calculator inputs

Everything you type into the Rental, Flip, or BRRRR calculators (purchase price, rent, loan terms, etc.) is processed entirely in your browser. It is not sent to, or stored on, any server. Closing the tab or refreshing the page clears it. There is no account system and nothing is saved between visits.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (Google tag / gtag.js) to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, roughly how, and how often. This involves cookies and standard web analytics data (browser type, approximate location from IP, pages visited, referring site). It does not include anything you type into the calculators.

Advertising
